We loved collaborating with the Novi Community Coalition to create "Restoring Mindsets," an app designed to support the mental well-being of our larger community. This app empowers users to make personalized coping plans and engage in readily available self-care activities. Restoring Mindsets was developed in 2022 and launched early 2023.
We were delighted to work with the Heartfulness Institute to create the 'Hearbot' app, a heartfulness and mental wellness tools, as part of the Institute's Heartfulness School Program. The app was developed 2017-2018 and was launched in 2018.
We enjoyed working with Dr. James R Doty, clinical professor at Stanford University, to create the Alphabet of the Heart app as part of the Compassion Revolution. It enables users to easily put tools from his book "Into the Magic Shop" into practice. The app was developed from 2017-2019. It was launched late 2019.
We developed this mental wellness app for Dr. Venkatesan Thangam from the Medical College of Wisconsin to use in her study on the effects of mental health tools on the chronic disease Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome (CVS). This app includes an easy-to-follow set of videoes arranged by date for the participants to watch in the 6-week program. It also makes it easy for the staff in the study to access data and create patients. The app was developed in 2022.
